Natalie Hall Management Terms and Conditions
Natalie Hall Management authorises the viewing of it's' artists based upon the following terms and conditions;
No images, video, audio or other personal details found in artist profiles are to be reproduced or redistributed under any circumstances.
Any contact with artists must be made through Natalie Hall Management, artists are not to be contacted directly.
Booking fees and conditions are to be agreed upon in full prior to Natalie Hall Management arranging for a screen test or audition for any artist.
As Talent fees are wages they MUST be paid within 7 days of invoice date. Natalie Hall Management reserve the right to charge a finance fee of 10% per day (compounding) on all invoices still outstanding after 90 days. Natalie Hall Management may pass on any unpaid accounts to a collection agent.
Fees are quoted at the time of booking. A standard contract must always be supplied by the client and must include rates and rollover provisions. Current equity rates apply to all TV, Film, Theatre and Voice Over work.
It is the responsibility of the client to check with the agency for competing product conflicts and to negotiate exclusive arrangements.
100% of the full fee applies if cancellation is made within 24 hours of commencement of the job. If a booking is cancelled outside the one-day period but within two working days of the starting time, then half the fee will be charged.
First weather check free, Second 25% of full rate, Third 50% of full rate, Fourth 100% of full rate. The full negotiated performance fee is charged if the same artist is not re-booked.
Any cause for complaint should be reported to Natalie Hall Management staff within 48 hours of the job. Complaints cannot be considered in retrospect.
All work that involves minors must be run in accordance with the Australian Children’s Employment Act.
Any company seeking the services of minors represented by Natalie Hall Management must ensure that all employees and personnel associated with the project and who will work with the minor carry a current suitability card, which can be produced for verification upon request.
Natalie Hall Management insists that minors are entitled to be accompanied by at least one guardian at all times on set, during rehearsals and wardrobe fittings.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
Talent/Client/Natalie Hall Management Relationship:
The artist is not an employee of Natalie Hall Management Pty Ltd. The company acts for and on behalf of the artists.
Natalie Hall Management is contracted by Talent to be their representative in the industry and at no time is the relationship one of employer/employee which is confirmed within the Australian Taxation Office’s “Pay As You Go (PAYG) Withholding Guidelines for Performing Artists Agents, Advertising Agencies and Advertisers”. The complete Guidelines can be viewed/printed from the Australian Taxation Office web site. Under these Guidelines it is stated that irrespective of whether the relationship of the Talent with the Client is deemed to be that of employee or independent contractor, the “End-User” of the Talent’s services (the Client) is responsible for withholding PAYG Taxes from the Talent Rates and the payment of Talent’s Superannuation, in accordance with current Superannuation Legislation. Authority may be given by the Client to enable Natalie Hall Management to handle the Client’s PAYG Tax obligations and/or the Client’s Superannuation responsibilities on their behalf. Giving Authority to Natalie Hall Management does not extinguish your PAYG or Super obligations, nor any other obligation that may arise under the Talent /Client relationship.
While Natalie Hall Management endeavours only to work with the most professional artists we accept no responsibility for the artists’ performance or conduct. It is the responsibility of the company engaging the services of the artist to determine their suitability for each individual project.
